Nano Fabrication and Nano-electronics
- fabricate nano-imprinting mould by combining E-beam writing and photolithograph technology
- conduct research in development of high density organic memory and its logic circuit in nano-scale
- using nano-imprinting technology to develop organic electronic device in nano-scale
