Current Research
Firstly, I am trying to make normally-off Si nanowire-based transistor by e-beam lithography, using intrinsic silicon nanowire as the conducting channel and the nickel-silicide as the source/drain contact material. Secondly, I am trying to replace the traditional metal gate with some polymer to make the transistor configurable. (i.e. the thresold voltage is controllable)
